* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Portions of east Tennessee, including the following county, Sullivan and southwest Virginia, including the following county, Washington.

* WHEN...Until 1015 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 558 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Damascus and Konnarock. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
