* WHERE...A portion of northeast West Virginia, including the following counties, Northwest Pocahontas, Southeast Pocahontas and Southeast Randolph.

* WHEN...From noon EDT today through this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Numerous showers and a few thunderstorms, which could contain locally heavy rain, will cross the area today and may cause excessive runoff and flooding where soils are already very saturated. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
