Beginning Tuesday, October 1^st at approximately 8:30 am, a contractor working for the City will be cutting down a tree and removing it along with the stump.  The tree is located at the Main Street entrance to the Clinton Plaza.  Work should be completed by 12:00 pm.  Some parking spaces in the plaza will be barricaded off, closed to allow the boom truck to access the tree from there rather than in the street.  Sidewalks and parking along Main Street will also be closed in this work area.
 
Please avoid this area if at all possible.  Traffic control devices and signage will be placed around the work areas. Please exercise extreme caution and obey all traffic control devices and flaggers.

The City will issue periodic project updates or changes via Nixle PSA as needed.
