...WIDESPREAD FOG DEVELOPMENT POSSIBLE OVERNIGHT...
The combination of thinning cloud cover, light winds, and wet
ground from recent rainfall is expected to lead to the development
of fog across the region overnight into Tuesday morning's 
commute. Some dense fog will be possible where visibilities in 
spots could drop below a quarter of a mile.
Motorists should exercise caution late tonight and into Tuesday
morning and be prepared for quick changes in visibility over 
short distances.
