LOCATION: 8000 block of Eighth Avenue, Hesperia
SUSPECT: David Dionisio Wolfe, 29-years-old, transient of San Bernardino

SUMMARY:
On August 7, 2024, investigators assigned to the Hesperia Police Station began an investigation regarding allegations of sexual activity with a child under 14 involving the suspect, David Wolfe, and a male juvenile.
Through investigation, investigators discovered Wolfe sexually assaulted the victim on multiple occasions.
On September 24, 2024, Wolfe was arrested and booked into the High Desert Detention Center for PC 288(C(1)- Lewd and Lascivious Acts with a Child.
Wolfe’s booking photo is being released as investigators believe there may be additional victims.
