Deputies in Needles Arrest Man for Battery after Responding to Call for a Domestic Disturbance
DATE/TIME: Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at approximately 12:11 p.m.
INCIDENT: P.C. 243(E)(1) - Domestic Battery and Warrant for PC 647(F) - Public Intoxication
LOCATION: 1600 Block of Clary Drive, Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Angel Aragon, 18-years-old, Resident of Needles, CA
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at approximately 12:11 p.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station / Needles Police Department responded to a call for service near the 1600 block of Clary Drive, reference a domestic disturbance. When deputies arrived on scene, they discovered the victim had been assaulted by the suspect, Angel Aragon. During further investigation, it was found that Aragon had an active warrant for PC 647(F) - Public Intoxication.
Aragon was consequently arrested on the above charges and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking. Aragon remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with a bail amount of $25,000.00, awaiting a court hearing.
