The male victim, 27, and female victim, 21, were near the listed area when they were shot. Both victims were transported to an area hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. There is no suspect information.
2. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (0019) Hunter Street and Acacia Street, Civic District
Officers were conducting an unrelated investigation when a suspect drove into the area and fired gunshots in their direction. No one was injured and the suspect fled in a vehicle. There is no suspect information.
2. Resisting Arrest (0423) 3000 Block of West Hammer Lane, Bear Creek District
Officers responded to the listed area on a trespassing call. The suspect ran from officers, and force was used to take him into custody. ARRESTED: Benjamin Gallardo 20, for resisting arrest.
