CURFEW NOTICE: Town of Old Fort
Effective 10/05/2024, the Town of Old Fort is instating a curfew from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM each day, until further notice. This curfew is in place to protect life, safety, and property due to the current State of Emergency and increased theft issues.
Residents are asked to remain indoors or on their own property during curfew hours. Travel to work and emergencies are exempt.
Law enforcement officers from around the state are actively patrolling and have full authority to enforce all NC laws and ordinances.
