IMPORTANT NOTICE: Old Fort Water System Update and Boil Water Advisory

The Town of Old Fort is pleased to announce that within the next few days parts of the water system are projected to be restored. However, per state regulations, a Boil Water Advisory is being issued starting today and will remain in effect until further notice.

What this means:

• Once water service is restored, you should boil all water used for drinking, cooking, and brushing teeth for at least 1 minute.
• This advisory will remain in place until the water system is confirmed safe and clear for consumption through proper testing.

We will keep you updated on the progress and notify you once the advisory has been lifted. Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we work to fully restore your water service.
