Single Vehicle Injury Crash 
Cass County Sheriff Richard J. Behnke reports that on October 7th, 2024 at approximately 0520 Hours, his Deputies responded to a single vehicle crash. This crash occurred on Cassopolis Rd. near Crooked Creek Rd., Calvin Township, Cass County, Michigan.
The initial investigation showed that a vehicle driven by Dannielle Wojciechowski (23 Y.O. of Niles, MI) was traveling Northbound on Cassopolis Rd. Wojciechowski ran her vehicle off the roadway and struck a tree. Wojciechowski was transported by Edwardsburg Ambulance to Elkhart General Hospital for injuries sustained during the crash.
Wojciechowski was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash. Drugs and alcohol are not believed to be a factor in the crash.
Assisting agencies on scene were Penn Township Fire Department and Edwardsburg Ambulance.
