Tips for Residents
- We urge all residents to take this opportunity to review their emergency plans. Stay informed, understand your risks, and ensure you are prepared.
- Secure loose objects and limit outdoor activities as winds increase.
- Avoid driving or walking through flooded streets and areas. Water can hide energized power and other hazards. Practice good hygiene if you come into contact with it. Just six inches of water can knock you over, and 12 inches can carry away a vehicle.
- Document damages for insurance purposes by making lists and taking photos.
