At-Risk Missing Adult 
The Hayward Police Department is asking for your assistance in locating a Missing Adult At-Risk:
Jose L. Chavez Sanchez was reported as missing on 10-10-2024 after not returning home from a walk the day before. Sanchez was last seen on 10-09-2024 at about 3:40 p.m. and is considered at risk due to a medical condition.
Sanchez is a 63-year-old Hispanic male, 5’4” tall, 115 pounds, last seen wearing a beige hat, white shirt with gray lettering, black shorts, and white shoes.
