In response to a statewide rise in serious motor vehicle crashes, the South Brunswick Police Department has begun a series of enforcement details designed to keep our highways safe. We will be focusing on intersections, distracted driving, and speed, but will also be enforcing other violations observed.
 
To be sure that other roadways in our township also receive attention, we will also be continuing our traffic enforcement details as scheduled.
 
Traffic Enforcement Details from October 12^th to October 25^th:
 
In an effort to address recurring traffic safety concerns within the Township, the South Brunswick Police Department will be conducting the following directed traffic enforcement details over the next two weeks:

West Side:

October 12^th to October 18^th: Heathcote Road: Speeding, Stop Sign Violations, and Weight Limit Ordinance Violations

October 19^th to October 25^th: Beekman Road: Speeding, Failure to Stop for Pedestrians within Crosswalks, and Weight Limit Ordinance Violations
 
East Side:
 
October 12^th to October 18^th: Kingston Lane: Speeding, Failure to Stop for Pedestrians within Crosswalks, and Weight Limit Ordinance Violations

October 19^th to October 25^th: Ridge Road (Monmouth Junction): Speeding, Stop Sign Violations, and Weight Limit Ordinance Violations
