Accident Hwy 278 at Hilton Head Bridges on Hilton Head. The left WB lane on first bridge off island is blocked. 
An accident has occurred on William Hilton Parkway at the Hilton Head Bridges on Hilton Head Island. The left westbound lane of William Hilton Parkway on the first bridge off island is blocked by vehicles involved and emergency vehicles. Motorists are advised to please use caution and to expect delays when traveling through the area.
