Point of Distribution open in North Port 
Sarasota County has established a Point of Distribution (POD) in North Port at San Pedro Catholic Church, 14380 Tamiami Trail. Starting at 2 p.m. today (Oct. 11), the POD will provide food, water and tarps to those who need it.
