Category 1 Weather Warning 
The National Weather Service has issued a High Wind Warning for Unalaska until 6 PM on Saturday, October 12, 2024. Northwest winds of 40 to 60 MPH with gusts up to 90 MPH are expected. As a result of this, a category 1 Weather Warning has been issued for Unalaska. This means that travel is possible, but caution is advised. Flying debris is possible and community members are urged to secure loose objects.
