Please be on the lookout for Juan Perdomo, 63 yo male, who is blind and diabetic, walked away from his residence on Varda Street near E Cotati Ave in Rohnert Park at approx 8:20pm. Slim build, gray hair, last seen on video surviellence wearing light colored short sleeve shirt and white sweats. Juan is primarily spanish speaking and doesn't go anywhere unattended.
