10.14.2024 UPDATE: PICK-UP WILL CONTINUE. PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF TRAFFIC. ROADWAYS WILL BE BLOCKED OFF DURING DEBRIS CLEANUP. PLEASE FOLLOW THE DETOURS; THE CITY APPRECIATES YOUR COOPERATION AND PATIENCE. THE CITY IS COORDINATING WITH PASCO COUNTY, THIRD-PARTY CONTRACTORS, AND PUBLIC WORKS STAFF TO CLEAR DEBRIS.
The City is coordinating with Pasco County, third-party vendors, and Public Works staff to continue debris pickup. The City asks for your cooperation and patience. Every home on the west side of US 19 and streets on the east side of US 19 were directly affected by both storms.
Please continue to separate and pile your debris in front of your home. You may empty everything out of your home to ensure dryness (drywall, insulation, etc.). Please try to sort debris in these categories to make the collection more efficient.
- Vegetative Debris/Brush
- Hazardous Waste
- Construction Materials
- Household Garbage
- Large Appliances
- Electronics
- Lithium-ion Batteries MUST BE COMPLETELY SEPARATE from all other debris!
- Debris piles should be placed curbside & not block roadways.
