DETAILS: On Tuesday, October 15, 2024 around the noon hour, the Amarillo Police Department responded to a report of a deceased male found in a drainage culvert in the area of Tee Anchor and Quarter Horse. The individual has been identified as 69-year-old Kemmy Don Coleman, who had been reported missing several days prior.
The Amarillo Police Department's Homicide Unit has been called to the scene to conduct a thorough investigation into the circumstances surrounding Mr. Coleman's death.
As part of the ongoing investigation, next of kin has been notified, and an autopsy report is currently pending.
