LOCATION: CVC 23152(b): DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL
SUSPECT: Pedro Santillian Moral, 47 years of age, resident of Adelanto
SUMMARY: On Monday, October 14, 2024, at 12:06 p.m., deputies responded to the report of a reckless driver near Jonathan Street and Bartlett Road in Adelanto.
Deputies arrived and located the 2015 white BMW driven by Pedro Santillian Moral. Santillan Moral was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested without incident and booked at the High Desert Detention Center.
