* WHERE...Eastern Cochise County below 5000 feet and Upper San Pedro River Valley.
* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from 11 AM to 6 PM MST Friday. For the Freeze Watch, from late Friday night through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
* AFFECTED AREAS: UPPER SAN PEDRO RIVER VALLEY INCLUDING SIERRA VISTA/BENSON ... EASTERN COCHISE COUNTY BELOW 5000 FEET INCLUDING DOUGLAS/WILLCOX
