Wilmington Police have arrested a male juvenile on a drug charge.
On October 10, at approximately 11:24 a.m., members of the Drug, Organized Crime, and Vice Division were in the 200 block of Lombard Street when they observed a male subject engaged in drug-related activity. Police made contact with a 16-year-old male juvenile, who was taken into custody without incident, and found to be in possession of 1.29 grams of crack cocaine, and 2.61 grams of marijuana.
The 16-year-old male juvenile has been charged with the following offense:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver
He was arraigned in New Castle County Family Court and was committed to the New Castle County Juvenile Detention Center on $5,000 secured bail.
