Wilmington Police have arrested a man on a drug charge.
On October 10, at approximately 2:05 p.m., members of the Drug, Organized Crime, and Vice Division were in the 400 block of East 4th Street when they observed a male subject engaged in drug-related activity. Police made contact with 28-year-old Marquise Mcelderry, who was taken into custody without incident, and found to be in possession of 1.8 grams of crack cocaine.
Mcelderry has been charged with the following offense:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver
He was arraigned in the New Castle County Court of Common Pleas and was released on $4,500 unsecured bail.
