Pair Charged with Possession of Meth
Detective Matt Smith with the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office Community Impact Team charged 45-year-old Anthony Shane Parker of Marion with felony possession of methamphetamine. He was given a secured bond of $10,000.
Detective Smith also charged 45-year-old Mia Melissa Martens Bradley with felony possession of methamphetamine. She also received a secured bond of $10,000.
On September 25, detectives initiated a traffic stop on a Nissan Versa off Bethel Church Rd. Upon searching the vehicle, detectives located a suspected amount of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Both Parker and Bradley were taken into custody.
