Ongoing TRAFFIC IMPACT East Cypress Road at Main Street. 
The sewer line repairs on East Cypress Road, just east of Main Street have not yet been completed. Starting tonight at 7 PM until tomorrow at 5 AM crews will be on site to continue to make reparis.
If the work cannot be completed tonight metal plates will be placed over the excavation site allowing for the roadway to be open tomorrow. Work will then again continue to occur on Friday night from 7 PM to Saturday morning at 5 AM.
At all times the thru lane will remain open on west bound East Cypress Road at Main Street with the double turn lanes onto south bound Main Street being shut down during the roadway repair periods.
It should also be noted the small parking lot next to the bridge on East Cypress Road will be closed by this afternoon, so equipment and materials can be staged for repair operations.
Instructions:
Avoid the area during repair operational periods
Find alternate routing if possible.
Use Sellers Avenue and Knightsen Avenue off of East Cypress Road, if possible, to avoid Main Street.
Allow extra time and exercise patience in the area.
