Suspect: Nicholas Schlager, age 27, Santa Rosa
Charges: 311.11(a) P.C. (felony)
Incident Summary-
On 10/17/2024, detectives from the Petaluma Police Department arrested Nicholas Schlager for an outstanding felony warrant related to this investigation as he was driving into Petaluma for work. Detectives then executed a search warrant at the home of Schlager stemming from a tip related to illegal, obscene, digital images/data. Pursuant to the search warrant, electronic devices belonging to Schlager were located and seized. Schlager was booked at the Sonoma County Jail for 311.11(a) PC-Possessing images/data, etc. of persons under 18 years of age engaging in or simulating sexual conduct.
