Department of Social Services Notice: Today is the starting day…Disaster EBT cards can be applied for at the Foundation at ICC. From 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. If you do not currently receive Food and Nutrition services through DSS you can apply for disaster assistance. If you already receive Food and Nutrition services through DSS you will receive an automatic payment loaded onto your EBT card, you will not have to come out to apply to receive these benefits.
