In southeast New Mexico, Chaves County Plains and Southwest Chaves County.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Widespread moderate to heavy rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are expected through Sunday morning, with additional rainfall possible through Sunday afternoon and Sunday night. Thunderstorms with heavy rainfall rates today may transition to a large area of heavy rain through tonight.
