CAD CALLS: 831
1. Battery on an Officer (1530) 1400 Block of North El Dorado Street, Civic District
Officers contacted the suspect in the listed area who was using narcotics. Officers attempted to detain the suspect, who resisted and kicked an officer. Force was used to take the suspect into custody. ARRESTED: Curtis Easterling, 48, for battery on an officer, resisting arrest, and narcotics charges.
2. Person Stabbed (1827) Wilson Way and Park Street, Civic District
The male victim, 35, was in the listed area when he was involved in an altercation with the suspect who stabbed him. The victim was transported to an area hospital for non-life-threatening injury. ARRESTED: Jaylean Jordan, 20, for assault with a deadly weapon.
3. Weapon Arrest (1926) Monte Diablo Avenue and Ryde Avenue, Civic District
Officers attempted an enforcement stop on a vehicle in the listed area. The driver failed to yield, leading officers on a pursuit. The car stopped, and the occupants were taken into custody without incident. The vehicle was searched, and an illegal firearm was located inside. ARRESTED: Kamarion Smith, 18, and three juveniles for weapons charges.
4. Traffic Fatality (2044) 1700 Block of Turnpike Road, Seaport District
Officers responded to the area on a report of a solo vehicle accident. On arrival, officers located the 21-year- old female driver, who was injured. The driver was transported to an area hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries. Traffic investigators responded and took over the investigation.
5. Robbery (2145) 6700 Block of Plymouth Road, Lakeview District
The male victims, 65 and 59, were in the listed area when the suspects approached, brandished firearms, and demanded money. The suspects took property and fled. SUSPECTS: Two Black males.
6. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (0132) 400 Block of South California Street, Seaport District
The male victim, 45, was in the listed area when he was involved in an altercation with the known suspect. The suspect struck the victim with an object and fled. The victim was transported to an area hospital for a non-life-threatening injury. SUSPECT: Hispanic male.
7. Resisting Arrest (0153) 4400 Block of North Pershing Ave, Lakeview District
Officers responded to the area on a family disturbance. Officers attempted to arrest a suspect but he resisted. Force was used on the suspect, but he was able to escape the area on foot. SUSPECT: Black male 24.
8. Robbery (0335) 600 Block of Carolyn Weston Boulevard, Seaport District
The male victim, 23, was working at an area business when the suspects entered, brandished a firearm, struck him, and demanded property. The suspects took property from the business and fled. SUSPECTS: Five Black males.
9. Robbery (0447) 4500 Block of North Pershing Avenue, Lakeview District
The female victims, 30 and 44, were working at an area business when the suspects entered, brandished a firearm, and demanded property. The suspects took property from the business and fled. SUSPECTS: Five Black males.
