Whittier Blvd. Temporary Closure to thru traffic at Garfield Ave. and Bluff Rd. 
Due the potential of high volume Dodger's celebratory crowds and traffic. Whittier Blvd will be closed to through traffic at Garfield Ave. and Bluff Road. Montebello Bus lines will be allowed to pass through and will operate as normal.
