INCIDENT: Search Warrant
LOCATION: 200 block of F Street., Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Robert Herrell, 73 Years Old, Resident of Needles, CA.
Tory Martin, 45 Years Old, Resident of Needles, CA
Beatrice Phillips, 61 Years Old, Resident of Needles, CA
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On Thursday, October 17, 2024, at approximately 1:30 p.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station/Needles Police Department served a search warrant near the 200 block of F Street in Needles, CA. During the search warrant, deputies located suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
As a result, Robert Herrell was arrested for H&S 11366.6 - Operating a Drug House. Herrell was transported and booked into the Colorado River Station jail with a bail amount of $30,000.00. Herrell remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department, awaiting a court hearing.
Tory Martin was arrested for H&S 11365(A) - Visiting a Known Drug House and H&S 11550(A) - Under the Influence of a Controlled Stubstance. Martin was transported and booked into the Colorado River Station jail. Martin was later issued a citation and released from the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with a future court date.
Beatrice Phillips was arrested for H&S 11365(A) - Visiting a Known Drug House. Phillips was issued a citation and released at the scene, with a future court date.
