2nd Precinct Community Service Officers, in partnership with the Newark Bronze Shields, an association of African-American Police Officers, will host a Halloween candy giveaway, 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. (or while supplies last), Thursday, October 31, 2024, at Montclair Avenue, between Summer Avenue and Woodside Avenue.
