The McDowell County BRIDGE crew, a program involving inmates from the local prison, worked diligently yesterday to restore access to properties along Curtis Creek. Together, these organizations help facilitate the crew's efforts to restore temporary access to citizens, providing critical assistance in times of need.Importance of Honoring Roadway Barricades
Drivers are urged to never go around barricades, as they are placed to ensure your safety. Damaged roadways pose significant hazards, and unauthorized travel through these areas can lead to dangerous accidents or further deterioration of the infrastructure. Barricades are carefully positioned to prevent access to unsafe areas and must be respected at all times. Disregarding these safety measures puts both motorists and emergency responders at risk. For your protection and the protection of others, always adhere to road closures and barricade warnings.Address/Location
