Halloween Parade TONIGHT! 
East Pennsboro Halloween parade is TONIGHT! Enola Drive and all side streets from Shady Lane to Highland Ave, including High Street and E. North Ave, will be closed from 5:00 - 9:00 pm. There will be no parking along the parade route. Please use an alternate route during those times.
