* WHEN...From 4 AM to 6 PM AKDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property, and cause power outages. Travel will be difficult.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The worst conditions are expected from early Thursday morning through early Thursday afternoon, especially in areas where the terrain will enhance winds. While the worst of the winds should begin subsiding by late Thursday afternoon, expect gusty winds to persist through Friday.
