Halloween Parade today October 27th - Expect Delays From Community Center to Downtown Cranford after 1PM. 
SUNDAY OCTOBER 27TH: The Cranford Recreation and Parks Department and Cranford Jaycees will host its annual Halloween costume contest, parade, and Pumpkin Chunkin' beginning at 1:00 in the Community Center parking lot with the parade starting at 2:00 and ending downtown for the Chunkin’.
Expect delays, especially in Downtown Cranford after 1PM.
