Uptown Trick or Treat 
Trick or Treat in the Uptown Business District is today from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Please pay extra attention for pedestrians as you travel through the area.
Oxford Parks and Recreation will have games, entertainment, and a pet costume contest in the Uptown Parks.
The annual Lions Club Halloween Parade will take place at 6:30 p.m. High Street will be shut down in the Uptown Parks area during the parade. You may get blocked in during the parade if you are parked on High Street.
