* WHAT...For the Frost Advisory, temperatures as low as 33 will result in frost formation. For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 28 possible.
* WHERE...Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, and York Counties.
* WHEN...For the Frost Advisory, from 3 AM to 9 AM EDT Sunday. For the Freeze Watch, from late Sunday night through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing. Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
* AFFECTED AREAS: DAUPHIN ... CUMBERLAND ... ADAMS ... YORK ... LANCASTER
Instructions:
Take protective measures now as freezing temperatures could damage or kill tender plants and vegetation. Those with agricultural interests should protect sensitive vegetation. Near-ground freezing temperatures could kill uncovered sensitive outdoor vegetation. The frost will occur mainly in valley locations.
