The City of Oneonta would like to assure City and Otsego County residents that the polling place at Foothills Performing Arts Center, 24 Market St, Oneonta, NY 13820 is open and fully accessible to the public, and will remain so throughout Early Voting and Election Day.

While the City's contractors continue to work diligently to complete work on Market St, they are committed to maintaining clear access to Foothills for all voters, accommodating both vehicles and pedestrians. Please refer to the following schedule of voting and notes on access. In all cases, parking will be available in the Foothills parking lot, as well as in the public parking lot at 27 Market St (the site of the former Ford Sales building, next to Clinton Plaza).

Early Voting

Saturday, October 26th: 9am-5pm - No construction impacts

Sunday, October 27th: 9am-5pm - No construction impacts

Monday, October 28th: 9am-5pm - Market St closed between James Georgeson Ave and Sidney Federal Credit Union. Access to Foothills via Main St to Chestnut St Extension to Market St (see attached map)

Tuesday, October 29th: 12pm-8pm - Market St closed between James Georgeson Ave and Sidney Federal Credit Union. Access to Foothills via Main St to Chestnut St Extension to Market St (see attached map)

Wednesday, October 30th: 9am-5pm - Market St closed between James Georgeson Ave and Sidney Federal Credit Union. Access to Foothills via Main St to Chestnut St Extension to Market St (see attached map)

Thursday, October 31st: 12pm-8pm - Market St closed between James Georgeson Ave and Sidney Federal Credit Union. Access to Foothills via Main St to Chestnut St Extension to Market St (see attached map)
