RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 10/28/2024 IN THE LOWER HUDSON VALLEY. NO OUTSIDE BURNING, THIS INCLUDES A FIREPIT! 
The National Weather Service in Upton has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect until 7 PM Monday evening.
A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are expected or occurring. A combination of strong winds, lowrelative humidity, and dry fuels will create a significantly elevated fire growth potential. Please no outside burning, this includes firepits.
