SUSPECT(S): Unknown
VICTIM(S): Tamariya Johnson, 23-years-old, Male Resident of Victorville
SUMMARY:
On Saturday, October 26, 2024, at about 12:47 a.m., deputies responded to a report of multiple shots fired at a residence on Coalinga Road, in Victorville, where a party was taking place. When deputies arrived, they observed numerous partygoers at the scene. Through investigation, deputies learned a male subject, identified as Tamariya Johnson, had been shot and was taken to a hospital by friends before deputies arrived. Johnson was pronounced deceased a short time later.
The Sheriff’s Specialized Investigations Division – Homicide Detail also responded and assumed the investigation. The suspect has not been identified and remains at large.
