The City of Saluda has signed an Inter-Local agreement with Polk County, NC, to aid in tree and leafy debris pick-up. A U.S. Army Corp of Engineers Contractor will soon be picking up the remaining tree and leafy debris in the municipal limits of Saluda; more details to come in a few days.
