The Circle is closed between the Valley Rd exit and Stirling Road. Hillcrest southbound to Valley Rd is closed. Valley Rd west from Valley Dr is closed. Follow posted detour on Valley Dr to Johnston Dr. or use posted detour on High Oaks to access the west side of town.
