Advisory

Special Weather Statement until 08:00PM

WHAT...The combination of unseasonably warm temperatures, gusty southwest winds will lead to an elevated fire danger this afternoon and early this evening as brush, grass and unharvested fields continue to dry out. WHERE...Across far southwest Lower Michigan, northwest Ohio and all of northern Indiana. WHEN...This afternoon and early evening. IMPACTS...Any fires that ignite may spread rapidly and may become very difficult to control, especially in areas of grass, brush and unharvested fields.
