1. Armed Robbery (2017) Main Street and F Street, Park District
The male victim, 44, was in the area when the suspect brandished a firearm and demanded his property. The suspect hit the victim with the firearm and his property before fleeing in a sedan. SUSPECT: Hispanic male adult.
2. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (2132) 2400 Block of Fremont Street, Park District
The male victim, 35, was working in the area of the call location. Four suspects approached, and one of the suspects hit the victim with a firearm. The suspects fled in a white sedan. SUSPECTS: Two Black males and two unknown race males.
3. Robbery (2132) 2505 East Fremont Street, Park District
The male victim, 60, was working at the listed location when four suspects approached him. The suspects assaulted the victim and took his property before fleeing the area. SUSPECTS: Four Black males wearing masks.
4. Battery of an Officer (2306) 4900 Block of West Lane, Valley Oak District
Officers responded to a report of a trespassing subject who refused to leave. Officers attempted to detain him, who resisted and assaulted two officers. The suspect was taken into custody and placed in a restraining device to prevent him from injuring himself or the officers. ARRESTED: Jerry Shipman, 64, for resisting arrest
and assault on a peace officer.
5. Pursuit Arrest (0021) Charter Way and Mariposa Road, Park District
Officers attempted to stop a wanted vehicle when the driver failed to yield, leading them on a pursuit. The suspect vehicle became disabled, and four occupants were arrested. ARRESTED: Miguel Meza, 24, and three juveniles for robbery and evading.
