Stage 3 Fire Restriction 
We are currently under a Mandatory Statewide Fire Ban due to drought conditions. This means that the lighting of fireworks of any sort, any wood or charcoal fires, or kerosene or gas torches is strictly prohibited until further notice. The fire ban is in place on all public lands and private properties in all municipalities throughout the state. See: DEP Forest Service Press Release -10-23-24
