Important Information for ELECTION DAY -- Tuesday, November 5 

The sole polling location for all election districts in the Borough of Leonia is the Recreation Center Gymnasium located at 370 Broad Avenue. 

When:  Tuesday November 5, 6am to 8pm.  
Parking:  Beechwood Parking Lot (on the corner of Beechwood Place/Broad Avenue) and the parking lot of the Methodist Church (corner of Woodridge Place/Broad Avenue).  We thank the Methodist Church for allowing the Borough to use their lot on this important day.
Main Entrance:  Enter / exit from the front door at 370 Broad Avenue.
Handicap Access:  Access / exit is at the rear of the building at the end of Borough Place (see map attached).

Electioneering within 100 ft of the polling location is prohibited.  This includes wearing/displaying T-shirts, badges, hats, signs, printed communications or other insignia associated with a political party or candidates (NJSA 19:63-16.1(b)(2)(g).  Poll workers shall advise voters to remove such insignia before entering the polling location.  

Mail-in ballots are accepted at any valid ballot-box location until 8:00 pm on Tuesday, November 5, or post office/mailbox and MUST BE POSTMARKED by Tuesday, November 5.  For more information on mail-in ballots, refer to https://www.nj.gov/state/elections/vote-secure-drop-boxes.shtml.
