Hillcrest Rd southbound is closed. Follow posted detour on High Oaks to continue southbound. Valley Rd is closed at the circle. Access to Valley Rd will be detoured from Johnston Dr to Valley Dr. Anyone accessing the west end of town is advised to utilize Washington Rock Rd.
