Trick or Treat 
Trick or Treat hours in the City of Carmi will be 4pm - 8pm on October 31, 2024. Those wishing to trick or treat should only go to homes with porch lights on during this time.
There will be a Trunk or Treat hosted by the City of Carmi and Carmi Chamber of Commerce behind City Hall, 5pm - 7pm on October 31, 2024.
