Forest fire operations along the Evesham/Voorhees border near the Sturbridge Development. 
The Voorhees Township Fire Departments, along with mutual aid departments and the New Jersey Forest Fire Service, are operating on a large brush fire at the Evesham/Voorhees border. You may observe fire activity near Sturbridge, specifically at Simsbury Drive and Longwood Road. There will a noticable smell of smoke in the area, however, no evacuations are necessary at this time. Please call 911 in case of an emergency.
